Dr. Michael Rossbach is Chairman of the Supervisory Board of comforte AG and was appointed to this position in February 2018. Previously, Dr. Michael Rossbach served as Chief Executive Officer of comforte AG since October 1998. Prior to that, he held a management position at ACI Applied Communications Inc Ltd. from 1995 to 1998. He was also a Board member of GTUG from 2000 to 2018.

Peter Schaberger is Co-Founder of NERA Digital Holding, an investment firm focused on small- to mid-cap buyouts in the DACH region. Before founding NERA, Peter was Partner, Co-Head Germany, and a member of the Investment Committee at Riverside Europe Partners, an international private equity fund focused on mid-cap buyouts and partnerships with founders and management teams. He joined Riverside in 2005 after four years at Doughty & Hanson, where he led deal origination and execution in mid- to large-cap buyouts.

Earlier in his career, Peter worked at Citigroup (formerly Salomon Smith Barney) in Corporate Finance / M&A, advising financial sponsors on IPO and M&A transactions in the DACH region.

Peter has more than 25 years of experience in Private Equity, Value Creation and M&A.

Dr. Marcus Ernst is a member of the Supervisory Board of comforte AG and was appointed to this position in July 2022. He is also Managing Partner in the law firm ERNST & LINDER PLLC since 2007. Dr. Marcus Ernst started his career in November 1993 at the law firm Fried Frank Harris Shriver & Jacobson before joining the law firm Wuersch & Gering LLP as a partner from 2000 to 2007. Dr. Marcus Ernst holds a Doctor of Laws degree from the University of Regensburg and holds admission to the New York State Bar, Federal Court Admission to the United States Southern District of New York, Federal Court Admission to the United States Eastern District of New York and admission to the United States Supreme Court.

Marvin Meyer is a member of the Supervisory Board of comforte AG and was appointed to this position in March 2024. He is also Senior Vice President M&A for Software AG and has more than 15 years of experience in the areas of corporate development, mergers & acquisitions and strategic partnerships. At the same time, Marvin Meyer was a member of the Supervisory Board of FACT AG in Neuss from 2017 to 2022. Before joining Software AG in 2008, he worked at KPMG in the Transaction Advisory Services division in Frankfurt am Main and Manchester, UK. He holds an MBA from Kellogg-WHU and a degree in business administration from Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main.
